Villa Monia is an exclusive holiday home of about 200 square meters located in the Piacenza hills that accommodates 8 people and is arranged over two floors. It is the ideal solution for groups of friends or small families who want to treat themselves to a few relaxing days surrounded by nature but still not too far from many points of tourist interest.
The Villa is 300m above sea level and at a distance of 10 min. by car from Carpaneto Piacentino (3 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, dry cleaners, various shops, on Sunday morning the shops are open and one of the most important markets in the area is held).
The owner uses a separate apartment with an independent entrance.
Proximity to Golf Club, Castles of the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza, cities of art (Milan at 1h 15m, Parma at 30 min, Piacenza at 20min, Bologna, Florence etc.), walks. Near the A1 and the link road for Brescia, Turin, Genoa.
Upon request we organize shuttle service to and from airports and delivery of rental cars upon arrival for the period of stay.
