The apartment was great in every way.
The problem was that the Wi-Fi didn't work, and when it did, only one device could connect. My partner had some work due and had to go to a cafe to connect to a meeting. I informed the apartment managers via a message through Booking.com, and they never responded.
The woman who arranged our checkout for 10:30 never showed up. We contacted her, and she told us to leave the keys in the apartment, which was then left unlocked.

The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Pavia and just a short walk from the Duomo. The area is very central yet quiet, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The flat is spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, from a complete kitchen to well-organized spaces. The bed is very comfortable and the atmosphere is cozy. Ideal for those looking for both comfort and convenience in a central location. Highly recommended!
