Giannella Holiday Home is an independent holiday home located inside an ancient country house where there are 4 total apartments. The cottage is a characteristic Maremma building with ancient charm, a few meters from the Orbetello lagoon and the Giannella beach (about 250 meters), surrounded by greenery in a quiet area.
All lodgings in the cottage have an independent entrance and a pleasant view of the lagoon and the Argentario promontory.
As the farmhouse is outside the town centre, it is necessary to have a car

Giannella's Tombolo
it is a thin strip of land overlooking the sea at the foot of Monte Argentario, its very fine beach extends for seven km. without interruption.

Giannella beach
Giannella Beach is particularly suitable for children as the seabed slopes very slowly and gives them the freedom to play with the tranquility of their parents who can observe them relaxing in the sun. In the immediate vicinity there is the possibility of sailing, diving, kitesurfing, horseback riding, cycling, and renting small boats to discover the nearby beaches. A few km. golf course 18 holes. The beautiful inland roads lend themselves to motorcycle rides with extremely beautiful panoramas. Possibility to rent bicycles.

Behind the Giannella opens the enchanted landscape of the Maremma countryside full of wooded hills, olive groves, vineyards as well as picturesque historical centers of Italian culture including Telamone, Capalbio, Pitigliano, and the great finds of the Etruscan civilization, the Terme di Saturnia.
