75 square meter apartment located on the first floor of the building accessible by an external staircase. It has a panoramic terrace with direct views of the garden.
Inside there is a large living room with a spacious and comfortable kitchen. Two double bedrooms: one with a large double bed and the second with two single beds, which can be joined into a double bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located on the first floor with an entrance on the side of the building.
